About
Thiago Moura
Software Engineer
I build AI-native products and the systems that keep them legible. My work sits at the point where architecture, tooling, and interface decisions start to determine real product quality — and I prefer to document that work the way I think about it: as engineering reference, not marketing.
Philosophy
Good software stays understandable under pressure. Product surfaces should remain calm when the systems beneath them grow complex, asynchronous, or operationally noisy. I favor interfaces and architectures that a new engineer can reason about, and AI features that meaningfully improve decisions rather than decorate the product with novelty.
Writing things down is part of the method. If I cannot explain the shape of a problem or the tradeoffs behind a solution, I usually do not understand it well enough yet. This site is where that thinking is made visible — one specification and one post-mortem at a time.
Technical focus
- AI agents
- Observability
- Product systems
Most of the work lands between engineering and product: AI-native workflows and agents, frontend systems and performance, observability, and practical architecture choices made under real constraints.
